Value Statement

Adopting this reference case eliminates the need to commission expensive predictive modelling of accidental releases of diesel as part of the risk assessment.

How to use this reference case

To describe the risks of an accidental release of diesel this environment plan uses Reference Case 2018:1003. The release volumes identified in the risk assessment do not exceed those used in the reference case. Therefore, the environment plan has used the 150km radius boundary around the activity to describe the environment that may be affected by an accidental release of diesel.
